Lead generation for local businesses
More customers, without buying leads.
For trades, clinics, hospitality and local services. I find the businesses that send you customers, make sure every enquiry gets a fast reply, follow up the quotes, and ask past customers back. It runs without you, and it's yours to keep.
Get in touchNo bought leads · Replies in your voice · Yours to keep
Why this matters
A bought lead goes to five of your competitors.
Lead marketplaces sell the same homeowner or patient to everyone who pays, and the cheapest quote wins. Your best customers didn't come that way. They were referred, they found you and got a quick answer, or they came back.
Those are also the places customers leak away: an enquiry that sits unanswered until Monday, a quote nobody follows up, a past customer nobody reminds. The fix isn't more of your time. It's making those things happen without you.
What you receive
More customers in.
Fewer slipping away.
Pick the parts your business needs. Everything is yours: the lists, the messages and the workflows.
Referral partners found
The local businesses whose customers become yours, found in public data, checked, and loaded into a call list with an introduction written in your voice.
Every enquiry answered fast
Web form and email enquiries get a reply drafted in your voice within minutes, sent to your phone to approve with one tap, even when you're on a job.
Quotes followed up
A quote that hasn't been accepted gets a polite follow-up on a schedule you set, so the job doesn't go to whoever called back first.
Past customers asked back
Service-due and check-up reminders from your own records, sent only to people who agreed to hear from you.
Reviews asked for
A short request after each finished job, so the next customer searching for you finds recent reviews.
Where customers come from
Each enquiry tagged with how it found you, so you can see which referrers and channels actually bring work.
How it works
Start with what leaks. Automate what works.
Where customers come from
We go through your enquiries, quotes and bookings together and find where customers come from and where they drop off.
Fix the biggest leak
I build the one part that will bring in the most work first, usually enquiry replies or quote follow-ups, connected to the tools you already use.
Add and hand over
Once it's working, we add the next part, such as referral partners or past customers. Everything is documented and handed over to you.
Plain code does the sending and tracking. AI drafts the replies and reads websites, where it earns its cost.
What it looks like
Enquiries answered in minutes, not hours.
My own inbox runs on the same setup: every enquiry is read, a reply is drafted in my voice, and it reaches my phone for approval, which takes under ten seconds from anywhere. Enquiries that used to wait hours now get an answer in minutes.
Finding referral partners
Referral partners are businesses, so they're found the same way as on the lead generation page: for one client, three public data sources turned up over 900 checked leads. The write-up covers each source and what broke: AI lead generation: three data sources, 900+ leads.
Common questions
Before you ask
Can you get me a list of homeowners or patients to contact?
No. In Australia you need someone's consent before you send them marketing email or SMS, and a bought list of consumers doesn't come with it. It also goes to everyone else who bought it. Consumer customers come from people who already know you, or from the businesses they trust, and that is where this work goes.
What is a referral partner?
A local business whose customers become yours. Property managers and real estate agents for a plumber, GPs and personal trainers for a physio, venues for a caterer. They are businesses, so they can be found in public data, checked and contacted, the same way as on the lead generation page.
Will an AI reply to my customers on its own?
Only if you want it to. By default it drafts the reply in your voice and sends it to your phone, and you approve it with one tap. Fast replies matter because the first business to answer an enquiry often gets the job.
Do I need a CRM?
No. Most of this works with the booking system, inbox and spreadsheet you already have. If you want one place to track referrers and follow-ups, agent-crm is an open-source option.
Can you guarantee how many customers I'll get?
No. What I can show you is where your customers come from today, which enquiries and quotes go unanswered, and how many of them come back once that's fixed.
How much does it cost?
It depends on which parts you need and what they connect to. Tell me what you sell and where your customers come from, and I'll come back with a fixed quote.
