I'm Paul Seville, an AI automation consultant and builder based in Sydney, Australia.
By day, I work as a Systems and Automation Engineer for an Australian-owned company. sevasek is where I bring that same systems thinking to organisations who need it — automations, workflows, and AI systems that actually run, not just demo well.
My background spans software engineering, operations management, and pastoral leadership. That combination is unusual: I can write the code, understand the business process it replaces, and communicate clearly with people who find technology intimidating.
I'm not a vendor and not an agency. I'm a sole operator who works with a small number of clients at a time and goes deep — the person you talk to is the person who builds it.
What I build
My clients range from 5 to 100+ person teams — small business owners, operations managers, and non-profits drowning in manual work: repetitive tasks, copy-paste between tools, chasing people for updates. I design and build AI automations and systems tailored to the actual situation in front of me, then hand them over — fully documented, fully owned by the client. No lock-in, no black box, no retainer for something that doesn't run.
I also work with churches and non-profits — the same problems, tighter budgets, higher accountability.
