The first business to reply wins the job. This makes sure it's always you.

Speed of response is how jobs are won.
Most customers contact two or three businesses at once. The one that replies first gets the conversation. The others get a polite "thanks, we went with someone else" — if they get anything at all. It's not about who's better at the job. It's about who's faster to reply.
78% of customers go with the first business that responds. Not the cheapest. Not the most experienced. The first one to reply. That's the only race that matters — and you're running it one-handed, from a job site. Research from MIT and Harvard Business Review.
You're doing the follow-ups at 8pm.
After the tools are put away, you sit down and work through the inbox. Pricing questions, booking requests, "do you do X?" — questions that didn't need you but found you anyway. The average small business owner loses 1.5 hours a day to tasks that don't need them. Talker Research, 2,000 owners. This is the part of the job nobody warned you about when you went out on your own.
One missed enquiry is a $2,000 job.
Maybe more. The average home service job runs from $350 to $15,000 depending on the trade. Angi / ServiceTitan data. The customer moved on, the job went to a competitor, and you spent the same day on the tools at a fraction of that. It's not that the work isn't there. It's that the enquiry found you at the wrong moment — and there was no one else to catch it.
You need someone on the inbox
while you're on the job.
That's what this is.
An AI set up specifically for your business. It knows your pricing, your services, your availability. It answers the questions it can. It sends you the ones it can't — right on your phone.
What it looks like on your phone
A new enquiry just came in.
Here's what happens.
Your Telegram — while you're on site
From: Sarah Mitchell
Re: Kitchen renovation quote
Hi, I found you on Google. Looking to redo the full kitchen — remove a wall, new cabinets and benchtop. Would love a ballpark before I commit to a site visit. When could you come out?
Draft reply:
"Hi Sarah, thanks for reaching out — kitchen renos are a big part of what we do. Removing a wall is definitely possible but we'll need to see the space before we can give you a number. I have Thursday afternoon or Friday morning free for a site visit — which works better for you?"
Reply sent to Sarah — 4 minutes after she emailed.
You're in control of its behaviour. Some emails reply from a template automatically. Others come to you first. The more information it has, the better its replies become — and every correction makes the next draft closer to how you'd say it.
What changes
What your inbox looks like
from day one.
Enquiries get drafted in minutes
Around the clock. At 2pm when you're on site. At 11pm when you're asleep. The agent reads every email, drafts a reply, and sends it to your phone for approval — while your competitors are still reading the email.
You're in control from your phone
Anything that needs a human decision lands in Telegram. You read the draft, tap Send — or tweak it first. Takes ten seconds. Works from anywhere. You don't even need to type; just speak into your phone.
It learns how you talk
Every time you edit a draft, it takes note. After a few weeks it sounds like you — not like a bot. It gets closer every time you correct a draft.
You always hit send
Every draft comes to your Telegram first. Read it, edit it, or tell the agent what to say instead. Nothing goes to a customer until you approve it.
Built around your actual business
We set it up with your services, your prices, your availability, and how you like to talk to customers. Not a generic template — your business, specifically.
It never takes a day off
Public holidays. Long weekends. School holidays when you're flat out. Your inbox still gets answered. No sick days, no leave requests, no "I'll get to it tomorrow."
Works alongside your team
Already have an admin person or VA? The agent still works while they sleep. 24/7 coverage means enquiries never wait. And if you need advanced workflows — following up on unpaid invoices, upselling, or other sales functions — the AI Concierge handles that.

How it works
One conversation. Under an hour. Your inbox is running by the time we're done.
Services, pricing, how you like to talk to customers. A quick call — you'd do this once, never again.
I connect the agent to your inbox and Telegram, load in your business information, and run the first test. You don't touch anything technical.
From that point: enquiries get answered, you get Telegram pings for anything that needs you. That's it.
What you can expect
What changes when your inbox
starts working for you.
Instead of spending two hours a day on the same customer questions, you get that time back. The agent handles routine enquiries while you're on the job — and you only see the ones that actually need you.
Research shows 78% of customers go with the first business that responds. When your inbox replies in minutes — even while you're on site — you're the one they talk to first. The jobs you used to lose to slower replies become yours.
No more 8pm inbox sessions. No more pile of emails waiting after a long day. You check in once, approve anything that needs you, and move on. The work day ends when the tools go away — not when the inbox is clear.
Common questions
The questions most people ask before getting started
What if it says something wrong to a customer?
You're in control of its behaviour. Some emails reply from a template automatically. Others come to you first — you approve, edit, or tell it exactly what to say. As it builds up templates and you provide more information, its replies get better over time.
Do I need to be technical?
No. I'll send you an easy-to-follow checklist beforehand — we help you work through everything you need. The actual setup I do live on the call while you watch. You don't touch anything technical.
Which email does it work with?
Gmail, Outlook, and any standard business email. If you're not sure whether yours is compatible, mention it when you get in touch and I'll confirm before we go any further.
What if a customer rings instead of emails?
The agent handles your inbox — calls and SMS are out of scope. If you want those covered too, that's a bigger conversation. The AI Concierge might be a better fit for that kind of workflow.
How does the setup work?
One call, under an hour. We'll walk through it together on the phone. I do all the technical work while you watch. The agent is "live" when it can check your email and send you Telegram notifications — you'll see that working during the call. Before the call, make sure you have your email username and password ready. You enter them directly into the setup during the call; I never see or store them.
What do you need from me to set it up?
I'll send you a checklist to work through before the call. The more you bring, the better the outcome.
Can I add more features later?
Yes. The setup starts with the core agent: email monitoring, auto-replies, and Telegram approval. Once that's running, you can unlock more features through your account page:
- Business knowledge system — tell the agent your services, pricing, hours, and policies. It answers customer questions with your exact details, not generic guesses.
- Offers and sales funnel — load in what you sell and how much it costs. The agent guides customers toward the next step instead of just answering questions.
- Custom templates — save replies for common enquiries so every response is consistent and sounds like you.
For bigger integrations — booking links, CRM updates, invoice requests, phone calls — the AI Concierge is built for that. You can upgrade any time.
What does the 7-day trial include?
Everything. The full agent, live for 7 days. "Live" means it's checking your email and sending you Telegram notifications. You can cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing. If you keep it, the subscription starts automatically. The trial begins when you confirm your subscription — we'll book the setup call and get the agent live within that first week so you don't lose any trial days.
What does it cost to run the AI?
There's a small per-use AI cost on top of the $29 — typically under $1/month for a normal inbox. We have a recommendation, but the right option depends on your business. I'll walk you through it on the call.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No contract. No minimum term. Cancel any month before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
